Mr. Greg Burel is President and Principal Consultant for Hamilton Grace, LLC. Hamilton Grace LLC focuses primarily on delivering advisory services related to medical material supply chain and health emergency preparedness and response issues. Previously, he lead the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR) Strategic Nationals Stockpile (SNS). Greg was Director of the SNS fro nearly 13 years and was its first Senior Executive Service leader. Prior to his leadership at SNS, Mr. Burel developed an extensive background in supply chain management in federal government service.

Senior Training Specialist

Capt. Bobby Baker (RET.) serves as a Senior Training Specialist in the Counter Terrorism Division of Mission Support Test Services, LLC, the prime contractor for the Nevada National Security Site and the National Nuclear Security Administration with the Department of Energy. He retired from Dallas- Fire Rescue after a twenty plus year career where he rose the ranks after graduating from the Dallas Fire Academy and attending the former UT-Southwestern Allied School of Public Health Paramedic training program. Capt. Baker served fourteen of his twenty one years as a Lieutenant and Captain in the Dallas Central Business District, finally retiring as the WMD/HAZMAT Coordinator for the Type 1 DFR Hazmat Team servicing the City of Dallas and the sixteen county North Central Texas Council of Governments. COMMENTS are his own and do NOT represent the Department of Energy or the Nevada National Security Site.

Executive Director

Wayne Williams is the Executive Director of Warehouse Asset Management (WAM) and Coldchain Technology Services (CTS). Prior, Mr. Williams was the Associate Director of Logistics for the Strategic National Stockpile Program. He was responsible for coordinating the movement of SNS assets during the terrorist attacks at the World Trade Center and the anthrax attacks of 2001. Mr. Williams and his staff have over 30 years of combined experience in every aspect of the cold chain management process critical to the current COVID-19 vaccination logistics effort.
