(Guardian) (OTC: GDTI - News) they are to begin testing the PinPoint(TM) Aviation Threat Detection System with the Airport Authorities in Shanghai.
During Bridgetech's CPPCC Conference on U.S. High Tech Products in March of 2005, the second day was dedicated to a presentation by Guardian on their PinPoint(TM) Aviation Threatentification System. The PinPoint(TM) system integrates with existing baggage scanning equipment to automatically detect plastic explosives and other hard toentify, high-level threat items. The system provides a very high detection rate while maintaining very low rate of "false positive" detections. This greatly enhances employee productivity, increases passenger safety and reduces security wait times. As a result of the discussions that began during the conference, the Shanghai Airport Authorities have requested that Bridgetech and Guardian begin testing of the system immediately. These tests will begin within the next several weeks and are the precursor to rollout in Hong Qiao International and Pudong International airports.
