EAI Corporation awarded contract to build a prototype of PHILIS for DHS (HSARPA)

January, 2005 EAI Corporation, a GEO-CENTERS, INC. Company, has been awarded a contract to build a prototype Portable High-Throughput Integrated Laboratoryentification System (PHILIS) for the Department of Homeland Security Advanced Research Projects Agency (HSARPA).

Under this agreement, EAI will provide HSARPA with the first prototype of the PHILIS. Work includes system design, system integration, training development, new equipment training and support to the prototype through a pilot demonstration and test.

Sr. Vice President of the Defense sector, David Shoffner, stated, EAI is extremely pleased with this award and the opportunity to serve one of our Capstone customers, the Department of Homeland Security Advanced Research Projects Agency (HSARPA).
