Chantilly, VA – Inc. Magazine announced publicly today that First Line Technology, LLC is listed on their annual Inc. 500|5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. First Line Technology, a provider of Out of the Box Solutions and this year’s NDIA Small Business Success Story winner, is number 3095 on the list that has, over the years, included companies such as Microsoft, Pandora, Timberland, Vizio, Intuit, Jamba Juice, Under Armour, Oracle, and Zappos.com.
First Line Technology applied for this prestigious award, which is based on percentage growth over the course of the past three years, in March and is proud to say that the company’s successful growth is only expected to continue. Being named to the Inc. 500|5000 list is an honor that First Line and all of its employees are excited to accept.

Editor in Chief Eric Schurenberg in a letter to First Line Technology informing them of their inclusion on the list. “Congratulations to you and your teams. 2012 is turning out to be quite the banner year for First Line Technology. Earlier this year, First Line was honored as the 2012 National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) Small Business Success Story winner. They were named to this in response to a success story in which the company provided an effective heat stress program that enables the warfighter to safely complete their missions without having to worry about becoming another casualty. First Line Technology President Amit Kapoor will also be featured on the cover of the September 2012 issue of Specialty Fabrics Review Magazine, a publication of the Industrial Fabrics Association International. Several members of the First Line Team will be representing the company at the Inc. 500|5000 awards ceremony and conference this October in Phoenix, AZ.
“Looking back on how much First Line Technology has grown since we started it in my Washington, D.C. apartment in 2003, I can’t help but to be proud,” said Kapoor, who founded the company with Vice President Randy Sakowitz after the former freshman year roommates graduated from the George Washington University in 2002. “These last few years we’ve been growing exponentially and are thrilled to have made the Inc. 500|5000 list for 2012. We know we will continue to grow as we move into 2013 and beyond.”
