Are you ready for possibility of fit testing 100 or medical volunteers that will support your pandemic response or medical surge capacity?  Fit Test PR can support your needs for both your annual fit testing requirements per OSHA 1910.134 and Just In Time Emergency Fit Testing during a pandemic response.  Your Medical Questionnaire can be completed and reviewed online.  The fit test protocol is completed online with a fit test card printed out for onsite documentation of fit test completion.  This is all completed with SSL security and can be stored on your servers or ours.  All parts of the FitTest PR are automated decreasing paper wasting and increasing compliance and accountability.  All information is stored in a secure database and can be used as necessary including calculating the number of respirators you will need during a pandemic response based on the types and sizes your staff wear.  The Medical Questionnaire can only be seen by your designated Licensed Healthcare Provider, this can be someone of your choosing or one of our many trained Medical Reviewers.  Once the PLHCP has reviewed the questionnaire and is satisfied the responder can wear a respirator a PR Pass is sent to responder.  This is documentation that they have passed the Medical Questionnaire and Clearance.

POD PR utilizes the same concept as FitTest PR.  When you plan on opening up your POD notify the population to go online and complete the medical form for triage.  This allows you to keep the potentially sick patients away from the non-sick patients.  It decreases the workload on the POD Staff and decreases the paper wasting form traditional medical forms.  Using POD PR will not eliminate the need for onsite medical review but will streamline your POD Operations to allow for rapid distribution of prophylaxis medications.

Responder PR is a user friendly database for your response team personnel that includes all the tools you need in a compact easy to use application.  You have the ability to upload documents including licenses and certifications, store important emergency contact info, and upload documents for all responders to see and use.  You also have the ability to send email and text messages to one or all of your responders at a time.  This can be utilized for trainings, important reminders, and deployments or missions.
