Intermedix Corporation Acquires Collaborative Fusion Inc.

Fort Lauderdale, FL - Intermedix Corporation, the leading provider of technology-based business services to the emergency healthcare services industry, announced today it has acquired Collaborative Fusion, Inc. (CFI) of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

CFI provides innovative emergency management solutions for federal, state, and local governments, as well as the private sector. Their software solutions help public health officials prepare for emergencies, coordinate response efforts, and build stronger communities. CFI’s CORES Platform offers interoperability, performance, security, and usability that exceed industry standards.
