MDI Selected by Multimax to Provide Network-Centric Security and Systems-Management Solutions to Department of Defense (DOD) and Federal Agencies Under NETCENTS Contract
SAN ANTONIO, Texas and LARGO, Maryland - MDI Security Systems, a division of MDI, Inc. (NASDAQ-MDII), today announced that it has entered into a contract with Multimax, Inc. to promote MDI’s comprehensive line of security products and solutions to the United States Government under the NETCENTS contract.
NETCENTS is a five-year, $9 billion,IQ (Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity) contract. The contract was established to provide the Air Force (at all levels), Department of Defense and other Federal Agencies a primary source of networking equipment/product supply and related services, including system engineering, installation, integration, operations, and maintenance for a family of Department of Defense (DoD) adopted commercially standardized networking solutions that are interoperable with Air Force and DoD Standardized Networking Technical Architectures.
