ARLINGTON, VA. — Rapiscan Systems, Inc., a leading global supplier of security inspection solutions, announced today that, following a global competitive tender, it has been awarded a $5 million USD contract by the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) to provide an integrated security screening solution that includes advanced vehicle, cargo, baggage and personnel screening systems. This state of the art equipment will be used to inspect vehicles, cargo, personnel and baggage.

The award by NATO is the latest in a number of recent awards to Rapiscan Systems for integrated security systems that combine cargo, vehicle and personnel screening.
