Overwatch Systems, the Morristown, NJ, USA, based information management, fusion, visualization, and geospatial intelligence specialists are demonstrating a number of new products at the AUSA Symposium being held in Washington D.C. from 9-11th October 2006 in Booth 2843. Overwatch Systems will be showing off three new powerful intelligence software applications: the AXIS Pro intelligence analysis tool that is quickly becoming the application of choice for the US Army and beyond; the Viper Visualization Framework which redefines multi-intelligence collaboration on a single screen and the Geospatial Analyst Suite (GAS), which combines the capabilities of Feature Analyst, LIDAR Analyst and Urban Analyst. In addition Overwatch will be demonstrating their complete line of GIS applications including InterSCOPE, RemoteView and ELT 5500., Doug Redman, Vice President Business Development for Overwatch said, “Combining all sources of intelligence into a single integrated picture is the future of intelligence analysis. Theeal tool allows all known intelligence to be arrayed onto a single picture, and provide the ability to click on elements of interest to drill down to better understand potential threats. AXIS Pro combines the best features included in other Link-Analysis-Tools on the market, with ease of database integration, web services and visualization collaboration with other Overwatch and commercial applications. VIPER provides intuitive visual constructs made easy with a collaborative application framework. Operators can manipulate and configure various visualization and analysis windows in a user-friendly environment. This framework simplifies the interface and cooperation between operations. Using the Geospatial Analyst Suite, analysts and field operators can build and edit their own models or use models built at intelligence and command centers for interactive mission planning, rehearsal, security and rescue and recovery operations. This framework integrates the tools that manage, visualize and analyze geospatial data, intelligence reports, and video feeds. With this suite of new and advanced products, Overwatch continues to lead the industry in true Geospatial Intelligence. Overwatch will be demonstrating these products during AUSA and invites you to the Booth to see them in action. Overwatch also serves certain foreign intelligence operations. Over 40,000 analysts across the IC are using Overwatch tools today. Overwatch is committed to creating a low cost collaborative system of information sharing across the IC.Through its development of the ASAS-Light system and other intelligence related programs, Overwatch has developed high skill level in the design of SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT (Open Source) and MASINT systems. Overwatch has significant development experience with the Fusion process (allowing disparate Intel sources to be combined into a single Intel picture) and holds one of the largest US contracts for Fusion development.. Overwatch also has a well established presence in the IC where it’s “RemoteView” and “ELT” brands of image analysis products are recognized as the standard for geospatial intelligence and analysis. Overwatch has recently focused on the development of more highly automated tools to enable analysts to rapidly do a wider range of analysis across a wider array of sources. The RemoteView GeoLink feature enables all-source analysts to perform web searches of related Intelligence across a wide range of both legacy and commercial databases. Overwatch’s “Feature Analyst” product allows image analysts to automatically search for certain key features and can be self taught to reduce the number of false signals. Overwatch’s corporate mission is to achieve two objectives; first, to provide an integrated set of analysis tools to create a collaborative multi-source analysis environment across all agencies and organizations. Second, Overwatch has developed the Overwatch Intelligence Center (OIC) which is the SEI-SPL concept of retaining certified code to reduce the cost, risk and timeframes needed to develop complex software systems. Today the OIC includes over 800 software functions in the “warehouse” ready to be combined with custom code and deployed in a wide range of programs. Located in Morristown, NJ with development centers in Washington DC, Boston, Montana, and Austin Texas, over 70% of the companies employees are engineers, cleared to assist in a wide-range of intelligence applications. Through its Richardson operations, Overwatch also has a patented simultaneous, multi-band satellite receiver design which can be adapted to virtually any existing in-field, on-shipboard, or new antenna design to enable multi-band communications across a single antenna. Overwatch also serves the worldwide medical community with its “MedX” imaging development tool and its functional MRI (fMRI) imaging tools for clinical brain diagnosis and surgical planning.
