This comprehensive system includes new Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), law enforcement records management, jail management, civil process, and mobile reporting systems to support the public safety and justice agencies of Polk County.    Polk County, located in central Florida between Orlando and Tampa, covers 2,010 square miles and has a population of 560,000 people.
