ProPac Named Distributor for CEMG Inflatable Shelters

ProPac is the sole distributor of a new line of inflatable shelters from Commonwealth Emergency Management Group. These portable structures areeal for use as a disaster shelter, mobile hospital with up to 75 beds, medical surge/triage facility, decon, command post or staff dorm. There are also configurations for point of distribution Rx/vaccination with one or two drive-through lanes and firefighter rehab. The unique CEMG hospital liner system allows for a minimum of 66 sq. ft. per patient.

CEMG inflatable structures deploy rapidly with minimal support staff. While other mobile hospital systems typically take days to set up, a CEMG 20 bed surge unit can be operational in about 30 minutes. Units inflate in under 3 minutes using an electric inflator-deflator unit or SCBA bottle. CEMG structures are modular–all models can be attached to one another, forming a weather tight seal. Anteroom hubs allow for multi-unit layouts and pressure controlled isolation. Sealable doors provide ample width for passage of a standard rolling stretcher. Sealable windows include screens and removable clear plastic panes.

CEMG structures are extremely stable–they can withstand winds up to 60 mph using 4 heavy duty Bungee spring tie-down points at each corner. The heavy duty 1100 Dtex polyester shell is resistant to fire, UV, chemicals and mildew. They feature a reflective metallic fly cover to increase temperature control efficiency.

All CEMG shelters are HVAC ready with built-in plenum and LED lighting systems are available. There are connection points throughout for lights and oxygen lines. Each unit delivers with an inflator-deflator unit, accessories and repair kit.

ProPac configures complete mobile systems with, HVAC, lighting, generators, beds, and supplies that are packed in a custom trailer.

ProPac is an emergency preparedness equipment and supplies distributor with unique product resources and logistics expertise to serve emergency managers. Their 56,000 sq. ft. facility is just minutes from the airport/Air Force Base and seaport in Charleston, South Carolina.
