KANSAS CITY, MO — The OMNI 3000 portable air sampler from Sceptor Industries (www.sceptorindustries.com) has received a 2006 AHR Expo honorable mention award for innovation in indoor air quality (IAQ). The system, which will be shown at the Sceptor booth (#2832) during the Expo in Chicago, January 23-25, was selected for the award by a panel of seven judges from the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).“We are honored that the judging panel has named the OMNI 3000 one of the most innovative IAQ products of the past year,” said Lisa Rogers, Sceptor’s VP - Commercial. “The AHR Expo awards perform a valuable service to the heating, ventilation, air condition, and refrigeration industry by encouraging the development of creative and useful HVACR products.
