Titan Presents Mobile Operations Center for Command, Control, Communications and Computing

Titan’s line of mobile command and control vehicles answers the growing need for mobile interoperable voice and data communications during significant events. Known as the MOC4 (Mobile Operations Center – Command, Control, Communications, and Computing), Titan’s vehicles offer government agencies, first responders, and emergency management organizations the capability to communicate across organizational and technological boundaries. The MOC4 provides a customizable solution that enables computer networking plus satellite internet and telephone access on a mobile platform. These features can be used to establish Command and Control in emergency situations or during large scale events, even in remote locations. The MOC4’s equipment and design meet the requirements established by SAFECOM for wireless interoperable communications.

The vehicles designed by Titan provide end users with:

  • reliable and redundant communication networks
  • radio interoperability
  • satellite connectivity for internet and phone
  • video teleconferencing
  • wireless LAN
  • secure communications
  • additional configurations available

Based upon the fleet of mobile operations centers that Titan originally built for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the MOC4 can be completely customized to meet the unique requirements of a variety of situations. MOC4 configurations include Mobile Emergency Response Support Detachment (MERS), Multi Radio Vans (MRV), Emergency Operations Vehicles (EOV), and National Capital Crosspatch vehicles.

The MOC4 has been used successfully deployed during a number of recent situations, including 9/11 rescue and recovery, hurricane relief, the Super Bowl, and US Naval Academy graduations.
