William J. Fletcher Joins ICF International as Technical Director, Cybersecurity Solutions

FAIRFAX, Va.  - ICF International, a leading provider of consulting services and technology solutions to government and commercial clients, has named William J. Fletcher to the position of technical director, Cybersecurity Solutions. He will focus on delivering North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) for commercial entities. 

Mr. Fletcher has more than 20 years of experience in the information technology industry with the last 10 years focused on utility telecommunications and NERC compliance. Most recently, Mr. Fletcher was the CIP audits and investigations team lead for Western Electricity Coordinating Council.  He also participated in numerous outreach efforts focusing on technical topics relating to CIP compliance within the energy sector, in addition to working on multiple facets of the NERC Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement Program (CMEP).  He is presently a candidate for ISACA certifications in CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor™) and CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control™).
