Philip Burdette Named Federal Security Director at BWI Airport

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) announced that Philip Burdette has been named Federal Security Director (FSD) for Baltimore Washington International/Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI). He will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations of BWI as well as managing overall security of the airport. Burdette served as Deputy Federal Security Director beginning November 2008 and has been Acting Federal Security Director since February 2010.
