WebEOC Deployed as Haitian Embassy Opens D.C. Crisis Command Center

Officials of the District of Columbia and the Haitian Ambassador to the United States have opened a Command Center at the Haitian Embassy in Washington, D.C. The Command Center, which is equipped with the computers, telephones, and WebEOC links needed to serve as an emergency information management system, will enable the embassy to manage its relief efforts more effectively.
