The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agency and the European Union (EU) have signed a Mutual Recognition Decision linking CBP's Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) program and the EU's Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) program.
